Job Description:

• Oversee and lead the site safety team and subcontractors in the implementation of the company’s safety systems.
• Liaise closely with site operations staff and project manager on all safety and health issues.
• To supervise safety and promote safe conduct.
• To inspect and rectify any unsafe place of work.
• To correct any unsafe practice;
• Conduct regular safety inspections/audits to identify safety and health hazards and conduct a safety gap analysis.
• Assist in accident reporting and investigations as well as toolbox meetings.
• Assist in all areas of safety planning and incident prevention.
• Assist in ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• Attend to any government agencies, insurance companies, auditors etc.
• Any other duties as stipulated in WSH Act.

Job Requirements:

• MOM registered WSHO.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building & construction.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001
• Able to work across all departments and functions.
• Knowledge of the construction industry activities
