West: Telok Blangah; Clementi; Commonwealth; West Coast; Ayer Rajah; Jurong East & West

Peaks:
1) Salary: $1,800 + $100 (Allowance)
2) Annual Leave: up to 14 days per year
3) Medical Benefits - Insurance & GP Coverage
4) Working Days: 5 days work week (including weekends), Off on Public Holiday
5) Working Hours: 8.5 hours

As the selected incumbent, you will be responsible for the following:
???? Engage seniors to guide them in the use of mobile devices through 1 to 1 engagement
???? Assist with administrative follow-ups after each engagement
???? Guiding on e-Wallets Payment (i.e. PayNow; PayLah; Grab Pay; Fave Pay), and promoting the use of Digital platforms & Govt-Mobile apps (i.e. TraceTogether; SingPass; HealthHub; ActiveSG)
???? Introducing e-Payment modes/ e-delivery platforms to merchants and stall-owners
???? Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:
???? Min. GCE ’N’ Level
???? has prior working experience in Customer Service, Retail
???? speaks fluent English and another Mother Tongue (i.e. Chinese; Malay or Tamil)
???? has the heart to guide and provide advice to the Elderly to go towards Digital Adoption
???? Only Singaporeans
???? Refer Friends and be rewarded
