Job content

• Responsible for incoming delivery receiving and stock issuance activities.
• Responsible for following stocks level; Consumable items, POL, Gases (LPG, C02, etc)
• Perform cycle count exercise and assist in discrepancies investigation.
• Provide physical and system control of stocks to assigned area of responsibilities.
• Ensure sufficient stock level for common purchase items/stock to facilitate production.
• Prepare and Issue stock for work orders or plant operations
• Generate documents of Inventory movement. Example purchase requisition, goods receipt note, Stock Requisition Note, Material transfer Note
• Assist Team Leader – Planning & Store in the implementation and updating of ERP & ISO project, including updating of Material BOM Code, compilation of work instructions and procedures for ERP & ISO system, pertaining to areas of Supply Chain Management.
• Ensure incoming materials are being delivered internally to the next process owner in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain record of all stocks and material movement on a daily basis.

• Min. ’N’ level or ‘O’ level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Forklift License is an added advantage
