*URGENT* Customer Service Officer (Part Time / Changi / #8302)

Our Client is a major leader in the aviation industry and they are looking for talents to be a part of their team!

You shall be assisting with:
- Providing general enquiries to customers
- Sharing of event promotions and prize redemptions
- Assist with cash register duties for sales
- Assist with carpark redemption for net spending
- Assist with membership rewards redemption and top-up

Job Requirement:
- Good communication and inter-personal skills to interact with passengers
- Team player and ability to adapt in fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service redemption in malls is good to have
- Valid CPR / AED certification is an advantage

Working Hours : 1000hrs to 2230hrs
Working Days: Able to commit minimum 8 shifts per month
