Job description:

• Verify the eligibility of tourists for Goods and Services Tax refund under the electronic Tourist Refund Scheme

• Guide and assist tourists at the self-help kiosks

• Attend to passengers’ inquiries at the self-help kiosks

• Provide excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Conversant in English

• Customer oriented and ability to respond to different profiles of tourists

• Previous work experience in customer service front line work is not necessary

Contract duration: 1 October 2022 - 31 August 2023

Shift pattern: 2 Day, OFF, 2 Overnight, OFF, 2 Afternoon, OFF, REPEAT
