????Salary $12/hr - Convertible to Perm : UP$2400/mth

????Job Scope [Outbound CSO]
• Handle general campaigns enquiries via calls
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate solutions
• Identifying and documentation of issues and feedbacks
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

????Job Scope [Assistant Trainer]
• Assist trainers / service quality excellence team in quality checking and auditing
• Identifying and documentation of issues, feedbacks and service gap
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

????Requirements
• Minimally A levels or Diploma Holders
• Some relevant experience preferred
• Able to start ASAP, commit 6 months or longer
• Singaporeans only
