Basic Job Description
  • Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials
  • Deliver training using a variety of instructional techniques
  • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrolment
  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
  • Develops training and development programs and objectives.
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Modifies programs as needed.
  • Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the staff.

Education/Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Min 1 year experience in Environmental Cleaning & Retails
  • Diploma in Training and Development, or related field
  • Min ACTA certified
