RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contact leads to introduce a product or service using sales scripts and the ability to be natural and conversational, not scripted
  • A broad knowledge of our target market and the ability to answer questions about our programmes or the company
  • Excellent listening skills and communication and rapport building skills
  • The aptitude to be able to qualify prospects as not everyone is a prime prospect
  • The ability to handle and overcome objections
  • Time management skills to ensure calls are carried out on time and without becoming distracted
  • Direct prospects to the sales team after qualifying the leads
  • Enter and update customer information in the salesforce database and keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Take and process customers’ needs and requirements in an accurate manner and update in the salesforce system
  • Go the “extra mile” if needed to provide accurate sales information to ensure no misrepresentation of facts and claims
  • Result-oriented to meet the KPIs assigned
  • To cold call existing SF leads for recruitment purpose for KHE programs.
  • To update SF telemarketer report under daily basis
  • To update and follow up with consultant on any prospect lead under daily basis
  • To update SF lead status and input remark under daily basis
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., salesforce) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • OTHER INFORMATION

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

    Work Arrangements:Hybrid

    Location: Singapore (Central Area - Dhoby Ghaut MRT)
