We are looking for a technical support specialist with excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.

As a technical support specialist (onsite), you will provide technical support, advice, and assistance to consumers and businesses with technical, hardware, and software system problems.

Responsibilities:

Provide repair service and customer support during onsite visit
TV setup and other device configuration include Android/ Apple devices
Work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue onsite and provide solutions to customer
Record and update service report timely
In-house repair activity
Support warehouse disposal activity
Other duties as assigned

Singapore Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
Willingness to perform overtime work when required
Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT, Electronics or equivalent.
