Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process (from sourcing to offer)
  • Prepare salary offers and seek management approval on salary offers
  • Work closely with respective department to determine talent needs and to facilitate the process for talent acquisition
  • Work closely with HR business partners updated on recruitment progress and onboarding process
  • Maintain a large database of qualified candidates to fill urgent positions
  • Utilise all recruitment channels
  • Update and prepare job descriptions with hiring managers and conduct job analysis
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Management review
  • Participate in improving SOP to enhance productivity
  • Ensure hiring process are compliance to local legal requirement
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management or other related disciplines
  • 3-5 years recruitment experience from in-house or agency setting
  • Experienced in hiring junior to mid-level managerial recruitment
  • Prior experience in logistics or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Resourceful, highly initiative with ability to work independently
  • Good understanding of the labor market and local regulatory requirements
