System Inventory Assistant (Part-time/2 Months Contract)

Job content

• Assist with production order tracking and inter kitchen inventory transfers using SAP S/4 Hana
• Assist with performing Goods Receiving (GR) from main stores to Kitchen Stores using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) handheld scanner for Production orders raw materials.
• Check that quantity and description of goods delivered from main stores tally between the delivery order, inventory labels as well as physical goods delivered.
• Assist with Good Issuance and/or Goods Receipt into storage locations using WMS after kitchen production and/or dishing by Production staff.
• Assist with using WMS to scan labels for component picking from storage locations and assist to perform Goods Issue from storage locations to Dishing area for Dishing Orders.
• Check and assist using the WMS to reprint new inventory labels and do crediting back of physical stock to required storage locations after usage by Production staff.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
