Job content

  • Oversee the monthly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payout and compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations
  • Oversee and ensure of full time and parttime payroll matters and payroll reconciliation.
  • Timely submissions to government authorities such as CPF Board, IRAS etc.
  • Work closely with Accounts to reconcile monthly payroll
  • Ensure accuracy on payroll and tax documents, prepare accounting files, records and schedules.
  • Liaise with auditors, IRAS, medical insurance for payroll and benefit related issues.
  • Working closely with the outsourced vendor for payroll processing every month.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating and maintaining employees’ information in the payroll system.
  • Ensure all payroll timeline is adhere to and accuracy is met for all salaries paid out.
  • Assist in payroll audit from external auditors.
  • Prepare overtime related reports on monthly basis.
  • Familiar with insurance matters eg. claims submission
  • Hands on in Work Pass application and processes
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Business/Administration
  • 5 years of working experience in construction industry and able to manage a team will be added advantage
  • Proficient in using payroll systems (Timesoft is a plus) and SAP
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
  • Well versed in Singapore labour law
  • Meticulous, reliable, well-organised and able to exercise discretion
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in fast paced environment
