Job content


  • Maintain database of Special Pass Holders (SPHs) being cared for
  • Engage and provide support for the SPHs on their needs
  • Ensure dry-rations are available at the facility where the SPHs are being housed
  • Manage MWC’s site office at the facility
  • Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to carry out activities for the SPHs
  • Monitor effectiveness of the programmes and recommend new activities that may be beneficial for shelter residents
  • Provide feedback on processes to supervisor and recommend refinements if any


  • Diploma in any discipline with the ability to speak and write in any of the migrant worker vernaculars
  • Competent with MS Office applications
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work well with others when the need calls for it
  • Possess good organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Having experience in training and adult learning would be an added advantage
