Mission of the role:

To support GM in the full spectrum of HR operations.

Responsible in driving purposeful HR activities and initiatives that align with the business and people strategies at DTC World in SG/MY/VN/CN offices, a headcount of 90-100 employees.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspect of site Human Resources policies & procedures pertinent to Communications, Benefits Administration, Performance Management and Learning & Development, etc. to ensure HR systems effectively meet the business needs, and are in compliance with local employment act and regulations
  • Responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition which includes but not limited to, recruitment & selection, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Create and cultivate a continuous learning culture by managing and delivering clear learning paths for employees at all levels in order to enhance their professional development. eg. Training Needs Analysis, New Employee Orientation Programme, monitoring and evaluation of training budgets and programmes, training grants administration, training records, etc.
  • Process monthly payroll
  • Support and contribute to HR work plans such as performance management review, employee handbook review, SOP and policy management, global culture initiatives and employee relations.
  • Plan and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities eg. Social & Recreation Events, Festive Gifts & Activities, Birthday gifts, Workplace Health Programmes, etc.
  • Collaborate across global or local teams in any HR related tasks or projects.
  • Play an active role in implementing process improvement initiatives for HR workflow and processes.

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon- Fri)/ 2 Saturdays per month: 9am – 1pm (Work From Home)
  • If you are able to commence work in short notice will be an added advantage
