Project Site Preparation

• Understand client Drawings & Bill of Quantity from project briefing by Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager.

• Attend kick-off meeting & discuss site markings with Project Manager & Designers.

• Ensure that site hoarding is set up according to mall requirements.

Project Site Coordination

• Attend site takeover with Project Manager.

• Assist Project Manager to monitor factory fabrication according to technical specifications.

• Coordinate & ensure effective project implementation at assigned project site.

• Manage delivery & pick-up timing of construction materials to & from site.

• Supervise site workers & sub-contractors’ works to ensure the construction meets technical specification.

• Apply quality controls to ensure the quality of workmanship is maintained

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work areas, methods, materials & equipment comply with general safety requirements

• Submit daily report to update completed works.

• Attend all site meetings as well as mall & client’s inspection.

• Inform Project Manager on any work variation orders from client.

Requirements

Diploma in Architectural, Building or related field (Training Provided)

• Or at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail fit-out works;

• Knowledge in reading Bill of Quantity, understanding of technical drawings & building materials.
