Job Description:
● Replacement of consumables, as needed, at each device location and ensuing adequate consumables are available at the sites
● Clearing paper jams
● Assisting customer with an overview of the device functionality as well as handle customer dissatisfaction by escalating to the Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
● Coordination with vendor regarding device and vendor branded software support service call
● Assisting in the collection of usage reports for devices when required
● Providing initial troubleshooting for device problems or put spare devices into services as directed by SDM, as well as performing maintenance on devices as directed
● Provide end-user training as required
● Utilized web-based software to manage fleet which include proactive monitoring through approved remote monitoring tool and updating site map provided after Future State Design
● Raising request for patching and connectivity/power requirement

Job Requirements:
● Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec
● Prior experience in related field is an added advantage
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office
● Aptitude in technical and/or electrical components
