The Executive is responsible for environment scanning, development, execution and monitoring of engagement and communication strategy to build strong and sustainable professional relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), primary care physicians and polyclinics. He / She is responsible for operational support and continuous improvement of assigned operating unit(s)/ area(s), service or programme in the partnerships arm of the Division of Central Health. The Executive will support initiatives, projects, services development in Community Service, ensuring that all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Bachelor’s Degree in any field;

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in area of community or stakeholder engagement; Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;

  • Demonstrate strong systems thinking, team work, project management and presentation skills;

  • Good interpersonal, persuasive negotiation, communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and community partners;

  • Self-motivated and resilient
