We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Software Delivery) with a proven track record in implementing and delivering enterprise software. The ideal candidate have managed projects throughout the entire lifecycle and have excellent knowledge of software projects. The role would be a seasoned project manager who can set and manage expectations, monitor and track progress, have excellent risk and dependency management.

The Role

• Project Management of product feature development
• Project Management of project delivery to customers
• Ownership of company projects timeline and ensuring that it is in sync with the product road map.
• Producing and maintaining project plans.
• Tracking dependencies and managing risk and issues.
• Managing Change and tracking the budget.
• Close liaison with the Customers, internal stakeholders, and project teams
• Hands on day to day knowledge of what’s going on in the teams, looking for opportunities to help them improve by anticipating their needs or working to remove the obstacles that might slow them down.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Singaporeans & PR preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with good academic results.
• At least 10 years of technical project management and customer implementation experience (ideally within the government or enterprise software space).
• Passionate about customer success
• Experienced with SCRUM and Agile methodologies
• Ability to see things from the user’s perspective.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to take the initiative to forward team goals.
• Enjoy solving complex problems with technology.
• Strong business acumen, team player, results-oriented.
• Passionate about technology and delivering good experiences.
• Project Management Professional preferred.
• Advantage: Experience or interest in big data projects
