Execute cross department coordination to maximize on-time-delivery to customer

Initiate and execute protocols and reports as required.

Plan and implement lean manufacturing activities for productivity improvement

Plan and implement process improvement activities to maximize in-process quality and Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY)

Plan and implement on-the-job-training for all level of technicians to achieve desired manufacturing flexibility

Plan and execute cycle count on point-of-use materials and VMI material control to maintain a healthy level of accurate material inventory

Plan and implement 5S/CI improvement activities for areas of responsibility and 5S committee activities

Plan and implement safety and HIRA activities for site WSH system improvement

Maintain good line discipline and minimize production loss

Perform other projects or tasks assigned by the management
