Senior Manager, Group Communications

• Conceptualise and manage communications programmes that showcases Certis and the work we do
• Think beyond mainstream media, exploring new communication channels and formats to tell the Certis story
• Create thought-leadership programmes for Certis executives
• Effectively manage issues and develop communication programmes to mitigate them
• Partner with employer branding to create compelling content that showcases our Certis employees and their work
• Track KPIs according to budget and business requirements

• Experienced in planning and implementing multiple large scale strategic communications campaign and projects (Minimum 8 years of relevant experience)
• Demonstrable experience working with key communications channels and assets
• Candidate needs to be familiar and understand various strategies across media platforms and provide creative solutions in the area of group communications
• Able to perform in a fast pace and constantly transformational environment independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to manage relationships between multiple stakeholders
