Responsibilities:
• To manage the full spectrum of HR functions and office administration duties
• Work closely with cross departments to develop and implement new HR projects
• Involve in desigining, reviewing and implementing of Training & Development Program, Performace Management Program or HRMD System projects
• Work closely with HR team and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of HR projects
• Support talent management/performance and retention programmes
• Implement compensation and benefits plan
• Manage employee’s learning and development needs and programmes
• Develop and update HR policy from time to time
• Ensure compliance with employment laws
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
• 2 - 3 years of relevant HR project implementation experience
• Prior project management experience
