• 5 rotation days work week
• Working Location: Islandwide
• Customer Service is an advantage!
• Experience in Hotel Management is a plus!

Job Description:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to junior guest service staff, ensuring they deliver top-notch service.
• Monitor the performance of junior staff and offer constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data entry is up-to-date.
• Monitor guest feedback and work to implement improvements based on suggestions and concerns.

Requirement:

• At least O Level.
• No experience is welcome.
• Experience with customer service and hotel management is an advantage.
