Senior Executive, Social Media

You will be required to create and propagate worker-related content and messages through social media platforms. This can include any part of content creation and distribution, development and maintenance of social media platforms, measuring response rates and conversion.

Job Description:
• Produce diverse content type; Article, visual, video, etc to propagate worker-related messages.
• Assist in creating or co-creating new platforms to propagate messages and contents per our Comms Grid
• Develop and maintain a content partner community.
• Create regular contents per our Comms Grid in a manner and tonality that will appeal to the platform’s target audience
• Generate reports to measure response and conversion rates for our contents and social platforms.

Requirements:
• Relevant Diploma/Degree with two years of relevant experience. E.g. Journalism, Mass Communications or Social Media Management
• Good track record of online content creation with the ability to create contents that can resonate with the targeted audience.
• Social media savviness with and interest in labour and national issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
