The Digital Marketing Executive role is under our business unit, Eu Yan Sang Marketing Pte Ltd. The role contributes to delivery of performance driven campaigns by supporting EYS digital and e-commerce initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with the Manager, Digital & E-Commerce on SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing and paid digital performance activities. He/she will focus on using analytics to drive improved ROI and conversion.

This role seeks new ways to improve ROI goals at or below specific cost-per-acquisition targets on the customer facing digital touch points.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including but not limiting to Paid Search, Social and Display performance media across our key international markets.
  • Leverage on marketing automation tools to implement email lead generation and nurturing programs to drive engagement, traffics and conversions.
  • Develop content and visual assets to drive brand engagement and organic traffic.
  • Optimise all digital touchpoints including international marketplaces to provide best shopping experience.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand consumer trends and behaviour, including key competitors in the market.
  • Use analytic tools to track, monitor and optimize digital presence and for growth, marketing efficiency and ROI.
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports to inform stakeholders of collective performance in all digital marketing efforts.
  • Effectively manage day-to-day operations and stay abreast of new digital marketing trends.
  • Any other duties assigned.


  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or equivalent.

Skills, Knowledge and Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in with strong and deep digital marketing experience in strategic planning to implementing of digital campaigns and proven successful track record for US / AU / APAC market.
  • Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, social media (Facebook/Instagram/WeChat) and email marketing best practises.
  • Strong with Google Analytics and tracking capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing funnel, A/B testing and direct-to-consumer customer acquisition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to craft actionable insights.
  • Strong organisation and project management skills.
