Requirements:

· At least Poly in engineering marketing or IT background.

· 1-to-2-year work experience, fresh graduates are welcome

· Good command of English and Chinese for content preparation, some translator for some Chinese product Instructions. Proficiency in Chinese is a must.

· Experience using Microsoft excel for data collection

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Follow the instruction to prepare the quotation for the customer,prepare PO to supplier

· Follow-up payment, shipment from a supplier, prepare DO and delivery to the customer

· Follow-up return of goods if the product got warranty claim

· Discuss with the supplier to provide related technical information to the customer

· Assist marketing to prepare product material and related document,

· Prepare Email newsletter content and update the latest customer subscriptions to the software
