Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, the Sales Merchandisers will be part of the expanding merchandising team to support the aggressive growth of Nature One Dairy in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Daily visit to supermarkets, pharmacies and other retail outlets in assigned areas.
• Ensure stocks are replenished and well merchandised for both normal shelves and promotion displays with adequate stock weight (minimize out of stock situation), as well as maintain cleanliness, product hygiene and proper price tag displays at all times.
• Maintain inventory by monitoring inventory levels, advising store management on order replenishment and replenishing shelves.
• Maintain/ improve current product facing, grouping and positioning.
• Monitoring sales and movement of stocks at all retail outlets
• Submission of weekly summary report of store visits
• Setting up, dismantling and perform stock counts for all promotions.
• Ensure promotions are properly executed and in a timely manner at stores; includes visible and effective placement of POS materials such as posters, wobblers, hanging mobiles, header boards, contest forms etc
• Build good relationships with store personnel, provide good service levels and garner store support for sales orders and promotion initiatives
• Provide timely and quality feedback on stock levels, and store operational information.
• To resolve issues and solve problems at store level
• Be involved in retail stores’ stock take and setting up at new outlets, when necessary.
• Consolidation and reporting of damaged/ expired stocks
• Capturing store data via the usage of smart devices
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings

Requirements:

• Candidates with relevant merchandising experience preferred
• Candidates with own transport preferred.
• Required physical strength due to moving stock at outlet and replenishment
• Willing to travel around Singapore and follow assigned route daily
• Must complete all outlets allocated
• Diligent and a good team player
• 5 days work week
• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
