Job Responsibility

• Deliver retail and showroom sales targets, without compromising the brand image
• Attend to all sales enquiries (online & walk-ins) and build good customer experience by giving professional advices on products’ features and benefits to meet customers’ needs
• Preparation of sales proposals and quotations to potential customers and follows-up on sales opportunities
• Proactive role in client relationship management and new business leads penetration
• Responsible for order processing and provides effective coordination with operations, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Support the manager in the day-to-day operations of the showroom. This includes cleanliness of showroom, product displays, cash and inventory management, etc.
• Maintain proper records of sales funnel and update the team regularly on key opportunities
• Support the sales and marketing teams on the implementation of marketing campaigns. This includes trade shows, promotions, events, etc.

Requirement

• Min. GCE "O" level qualifications or equivalent
• Preferably with at least one year of Retail Sales experience
• Immediate availability is preferred
• 5 working days per week, shift work basis – including weekends(11am- 8pm)
