Job content

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries


• Service maintain and develop existing / new customers through planned individual account support


• Establish, make phone calls to targeted customers, assess and qualify for sales development


• Arrange sales appointments; Create Sales Opportunity


• Negotiate for competitive costs from overseas office/agents/Shipping Lines


• Issuance of quotations


• Prepare official quotations


• Follow up on quotations to clients


• Establish SOP with Network/Customer Service to ensure understanding on customer’s requirements


• Create customer’s awareness regarding company’s services
