Job content

Ensure proper coordination between sales, customer service and operations team
Liaise with overseas counterpart to ensure the smooth transition of goods
Provide sales and administrative support to the team
Ensure proper filing system for all transactions
To handle certificate of origin, bill of lading, invoicing, preparation of packing list and drafting L/C
To maintain filling, updating and keeping of records
Other ad-hoc duties like managing stock inventory and sales operation
Requirements:

Knowledge and understanding of all shipping terms and associated with shipping knowledge will be an advantage
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
Proficient in Navision
