Basic Salary + Commission: $2800 - $8000

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct sale of products and beauty treatments and packages
• Provide professional hair and beauty advise based on clients’ condition
• Conduct sales pitch to prospects and convert them into long-term clients
• Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their inquiries are handled promptly
• Know customers’ scalp and hair condition for follow up appointments
• Perform hair treatments when necessary
• Achieve sales and other key business targets
• Process transactions - cashiering
• Ensure paperwork is accurate - do settlement and close sales report
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Preferably minimum 2 years of experience (on-the-job training provided)
• Able to work retail hours and on weekends and public holidays (6 days, 10.30am to 8.30pm)
• English and Mandarin speaking to cater to different customers
• Beauty and/or Hair consulting experience will be an advantage
• Well-groomed, proactive and self-motivated, positive personality
• Team player - will be working closely with the hairstylists
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
