- 5-days work week

- On the job training and supervision will be provided

(during probation period)

- Answering customer inquiries, support and resolve customer

complaints or issues (via phone calls and emails).

- Performing various administrative duties such as filing, data entry and

scheduling appointments. This includes to follow up with customers

upon service rendered.

- Preparing administrative work such as quotations, purchase orders,

work orders. This includes ensuring that all documentation is accurate

and up-to-date for the ease of following up.

- Liaising with agents to ensure the customers’ order are met.

- Coordinate with the superior to manage spare parts stock levels,

forecasting demand, and ensuring that all spare parts are available

when required.

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


- Meticulous, responsible, independent in a fast-paced environment

- Bonus to be bilingual

- Proficient in MS Office Application (i.e. Excel and Word)

- Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice
