Job Description

Development of Annual Strategic Plans working with creative agencies and partners

Ability to generate insights from multiple data sources and “connect the data dots” to convert to actionable ideas
Inspired by qualitative insights and quantitative analyses,
Channel budget planning, priorities, KPIs and sufficiency benchmarks
Integrate always-on digital strategies (search, mobile, social)
Craft Innovation Roadmaps and priorities
Lead Senior Regional Category Stakeholder Relationships

Regional category information support (as needed)
Regional category leadership reviews
Regional QBR developments
Drive Scalability of global/local frameworks, principles and analyses

Cascade existing global and create new planning frameworks, principles through data driven analysis
Create and consolidate best practices and learnings for the region/category

Work with local markets and digital partners to build and document best practices and learnings
Develop critical White Papers across key strategic thought leadership
Deliver SEA Business Reviews (round up across markets)

Bring SEA level category focus to brands
Portfolio solutions
Scalable innovations
Design and deploy Capability building for planning teams in all markets

Support in training and mentoring local market teams


Minimum 10years of experience

Strong written, storytelling and presentation skills
Strong offline media experience

Deep Experience In Translating Marketing Briefs And Business Requirements

High level of collaboration skills with a wide range of stakeholders
Multi-market or regional media and planning experience
Ability to communicate across SEA markets
Excellent at coaching and motivating and mentoring teams
Confidence in giving direct feedback and giving guidance to colleagues across SEA markets
