Location: Changi Airport

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-6pm

Contract Period: 3 months, can be extended to 1 year, subject to performance

Job Scope

• Engage in 360 end-to-end recruitment from the understanding of hiring needs to the interviewing stage
• Engage in stakeholder management and increase engagement to foster positive relations
• Participate in manpower and succession planning
• Understand business needs and objectives, identify and analyse trends for delivery of recruitment solutions
  
  

Requirement

• Singaporean
• At least 2 years of consulting and in-house recruitment experience
• Able to multitask, handle ambiguity and manage pressure well
• Strong communication and written skills
• Able to start within short notice
