To help us build upon our success, we are seeking a R&D Program Manager to partner across various teams and lead critical, cross-functional software and R&D projects.

The position reports to the Head of Engineering and will work in close conjunction with multiple stakeholders across Engineering, Product and Operations team.

Responsibilities

Lead critical, cross-functional software and R&D projects, including roadmap definition, resource planning and project execution Along with product leads and tech leads, drive product, engineering and architectural decisions that optimize for pace, innovation and results Partner across multiple teams including engineering, product management and operations to drive high-impact projects Build strong processes and lead a disciplined execution cadence

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline 8+ years of relevant work experience in internet-related programs and/or technical program management in a software applications environment Experience in building processes, project management and release schedules

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline Experience defining and championing best practices across a software team Experience in research and/or engineering experience in machine learning Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with a strong track record of strong delivery skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Verbally and cognitively agile to hold your own views in a strategy discussion with product and engineering teams
