Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience will be preferred. However.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision, highly self-motivated, and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
• Ability to speak English and Mandarin ( in order to liaise with mandarin speaking associates)
• Proficient in Microsoft office/Powerpoint, Excel & word
• 5 days’ work in a week
• Able to start work immediately
• Working location: Woodlands area

Job Description:

• Preparation of tender document, request for quotation from different suppliers
• Analyze and compare price from supplier and subcontractor to ensure all prices quoted are up to date and competitive
• Ensure all the variation order are dealt with as efficiently as possible and provide early and accurate cost advice
• Preparation of tender document, request for quotation from different suppliers
• Monitored and kept track of project progress as well as for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payment and VOs, valuing completed work, cost-benefit analysis
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in a timely manner
• Other quantity surveying related duties.
