Job content

Responsibilities :

• Quantity take off and cost estimation of tenders / projects
• Prepare tender submission
• Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialist, suppliers and subcontractors
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
• Finalized project accounts with clients and subcontractors
• Other quantity surveying related duties.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying / Telecommunication
• Min. 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Residential project or Telco Project
• Intricate knowledge in SIA Building & Construction Law
• Able to interpret contractual agreements and identify discrepancies
