Requirements

• Proficient in excel
• Experience in tendering / claims and quotations
• Able to do measurements / take off from the drawings
• Neat and motivated individual
• Added advantage if able to use autocad
• Diploma/ Degree in construction related fields

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quotation, claims and quantity take off
• Prepare signage taking off and measurement
• Prepare tender submission, replies and corrigendum
• Follow up closely on tender enquiries
• Liaise with customers to ensure awarded jobs are properly carried out.
• Coordination and support among colleagues from all departments to ensure work run smoothly.
