Our Client is a Semiconductor/ Manufacturing Industry (MNC)located in theWesthas openings forQuality Engineer

Primary Function
  • Plan, supervise and execute projects and tasks based on the objective set by Management.
  • Increase customer satisfaction on Product Quality
Responsibilities
  • Work with supplier to develop supplier quality and environmental management system to meet customer and Epson internal requirements.
  • Manage the supplier product qualification process with APQP and PPAP tools.
  • Perform periodic supplier system, process and product audits for system and process improvements.
  • Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality and environmental issues to ensure timely closure of 8D CAR.
  • Monitor and report to Quality Manager on the supplier product quality and performances.
  • Promote the use of Error Proofing, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Statistical Technique at supplier site.
