• · Basic Up to $5000 + (AWS & VB) + $110 Transport Allowance
• · Monday – Friday
• · 8am – 5pm
• · Location: Gul Circle

Job Scopes:

• Support the improvement of internal quality systems and processes.
• Assist Engineering and Operations departments in transferring new products to production in line with approved data.
• Manage the MRB function and establish practices for Control of Nonconforming Goods per ISO 9001:2015 and internal procedures.
• Capture quality costs for scrap and rework to drive down associated costs and take corrective actions.
• Provide support to the Quality Control CAPA Database, complete quality concerns on time and accurately, and follow up on them.
• Participate in internal audits and ensure closure of resulting corrective actions.
• Implement quality processes, procedures, assembly processes, and poka yoke to improve customer quality.
• Audit previously executed corrective actions to ensure continued compliance.
• Assist the quality manager in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 compliance and success.
• Help with quality training as needed and assist with the calibration program.
• Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field preferred
• Three to five years of prior quality control experience with proven implementation of quality systems and tools
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing operation preferred
• Strong computer skills including experience using database and spreadsheet programs
• Experience with an enterprise resource planning program
