Job Description

  • Work closely with Managing Partner, and Technical and Training Partner to plan, create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees;
  • Maintain all training documents in accordance to Accredited Training Organization (ATO) for Singapore Qualification Program (SQP);
  • Prepare training documents for future applications for other Accreditation programs such as ACCA and maintain all training documents thereafter;
  • Plan annual training calendar and allocate trainers and staff to respective training sessions;
  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with Partners and HR department;
  • Develops training and development programs and objectives;
  • Conduct post training evaluations for every training session and collate feedback to Managing Partner, and Technical and Training Partner;
  • Communicate best practices and other audit quality-related issues and insights
  • Work with course providers to research relevant courses available for staff, such as ISCA and Universities;
  • Develop and maintain quality policy and quality documentations in accordance to ISCA quality management standards.

Job Requirements

  • Min. 5 years relevant experience in Quality policy and/or Training;
  • Min. 2 years working experience in with Audit/Accounting
  • Familiar with SSQC1 (ISCA) and EP200, develop and maintain quality control and documentation in respect of these for the firm.
