QA Technician / Engineer (5 Days / Joo Koon / Supplier Quality)

Job content

Responsibilities:

• Audit finished materials provided by suppliers
• Coordinate incoming inspection of parts and the disposition of parts
• Liaise with suppliers and resolves incoming material quality issues.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and issue corrective and preventive action report
• Perform audits on supplier’s process to ensure quality control and quality assurance systems are in place
• Publish tool fabrication quality standards and ensure suppliers understood and comply with the requirements
• Assist in the evaluation and qualification of new suppliers

Requirement:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably with relevant QA experience in manufacturing
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and GD&T
• Able to perform rood cause analysis, Process optimization, data analysis and validation
• Able to work independently / with minimal supervision
