Job Description

Responsibilities

• Accurately records incoming raw materials and randomly pulls sample for inspection.
• Conducting inspection checks on goods and production processes.
• Initiates nonconforming material reports or receiving rejection notices for all items not meeting their appropriate specifications.
• Reviews Lot History Records for completeness and accuracy.
• Assists in the generation of quality reports.
• Maintains security and integrity of Quarantined components and devices.
• Calibrating and cleaning testing equipment.
• Any other duties may be assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science, or Food Technology, or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with writing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) an advantage.
• Strong analytical and mathematics skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
