QA Executive

Job content

· Perform physico-chemical test, sensory evaluation and microbiological tests on food products.

· Provide GMP, food hygiene and food safety training to production personnel.

· Perform product shelf-life study tests.

· Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished product quality.

· In-charge of maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory.

· In-charge of arranging external calibration and purchasing of consumable items and equipment for laboratory use.

· Conduct factory inspections to ensure compliance with the food safety system requirements.

· Coordinate with the external pest control service provider.

· Attend and provide support in external food safety audits.

· Attend to any other ad-hoc quality and safety matters.

Job Requirements

· Bachelors’ Degree in Food Science and Technology or relevant field

· Relevant experience in handling ISO, SFA, Halal, and F&B outlet audits

· Strong knowledge in the relevant regulatory standards

· Minimum 2 to 4 years of QA experience

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
