The Role:

  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders living/working near to construction site
  • Prepare the Public Relations program and plan to be reviewed by the Manager and for onward submission to the client for approval.
  • Handle public inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Provide a hotline for the public to feedback
  • Examine and take immediate action for any inconvenience to the public caused by the construction works
  • Co-ordinate Project Briefings for LTA, project team and stakeholders. Prepare correspondence letters, newsletters, circulars and notices to residents and stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly reports, current engagement reports, and engagement programmes for clients (LTA)
  • Perform site walks, house-to-house visits to residential areas
  • Public Relations administrative work

The Requirements:

  • Possess Degree in Communication/Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Preferable having experience in LTA project
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent
  • Possess strong analytical skills and attentive to details
