Job Role: Property Leasing Executive

Duration: 1-year contract

Job Scope:
• Site inspection and viewing of units
• Coordinate with term contractor
• Preparation of various documents
• Ensure all reinstatement works done
• Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
• Min of 1 years’ relevant experience in commercial building
