REQUIREMENT

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Construction and Management
• Advance certificate in workplace safety and health
• Min 3 years working experience in the related field
• Develop A Risk Management Implementation Plan
• SMO Certificate
• Class 3 Driving License

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage the day to day operations of project
• Plan the work schedule and efficiently oganize the site
• Liaise with the consultants and or main contractors
• Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site
• Resolve and upexpected technical difficulties & other problems that may arise
• Overall responsible for execution of all the projects
• Monitor work progress to ensure project stays on schedule
• Project correspondence
• Liaise with regulatory bodies on safety related notices and issues
