Project Engineer/Manager

· You are required to work in a multi-discipline environment to achieve an on-time project completion while maintaining consistent and accurate documentation.

· Attend project meetings and design reviews as required.

· Assist to coordinate and communicate various issues with stakeholders (contractor, client, partners, etc).

· Plan, manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.

· Monitor and report to management of project progress vs baseline, including issues and risks in a timely manner.

· Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion and resource requirements.

· Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance.

· Conduct progress meetings to manage issues.

· Responsible for planning, scheduling and costing.

· Maintain good working relationships with all parties at site such as customers, contractors, vendors, etc to ensure smooth progress of work flow.

· Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.

Requirements

· Candidates must possess Tertiary qualification in Mechanical / Electrical, Nitec or equivalent

· Willing to work hard

· Ability to work independently

· A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated and resourceful

· Good organizational and planning skills

· Ability to coordinate others to accomplish objectives

· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions

· Clear and concise verbal and written communications

· Proficient in Autocad software will be an added advantage
