Job Title : Production Filling Technician (18 Months Contract)

HSE

• Adhere to HSEQ rules and guidelines on the production floor.
• Highlight safety deviations or unsafe acts/situations
• Propose actions to improve workplace safety

Quality

• Perform continuous quality checks relevant to the operations

Production Operations

• Adhere strictly to operating standards and norms
• Perform filling of blended products into various pack sizes from bottles to IBCs in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform line setup/change between production runs
• Adhere to all safely and good housekeeping regulations.
• Perform minor troubleshooting to resolve machine stoppages
• Maintain workplace organization through 5S principles
• Check and ensure product and packaging materials availability

Qualifications/Experience Required

• NITEC or equivalent in technical/engineering disciplines
• 2 years in a manufacturing environment, preferred in chemical/oil & Gas industries
• Able to perform shift work and company transport provided at designated pick-up points
• Willing to work on weekly rotating shift from 7.45am to 4.30pm and 4.15pm to 12.30am
• Willing to work in Tuas South area
