Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all operations at the central production kitchen, including both pastry and bakery departments.
• Ensure the Production Kitchen complies with SFA regulations and maintain its upkeep.
• Take charge of managing the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to maintain a healthy stock level.
• Optimize raw material costs and consider exploring alternative sources to reduce overall manufacturing expenses.
• To be responsible for R&D work pertaining to new products, products for festive seasons, and products for any promotion that the company deemed feasible.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in production.
• Factory production experience will be an additional plus point.
• Must be willing to travel to production kitchen.
