Job Description

- Evaluate and design a massively multiplayer online game server framework and architecture.
- Design and implement server system code base in a scalable and high-performing manner.
- Design and implement next-gen seamless open-world game solutions and new technologies based on Unreal Engine 5
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in game server development, and incorporating them into your team’s work as appropriate.
- Collaborate to devise optimal engineering solutions to technical challenges.

Job Requirements

- 10+ years of mutilplayer online game server development experience under Linux
- Excellent C/C++ skills (at least 5+ years of professional experience in C++ programming in game industry), OOP principles, algorithms and data structures
- High proficiency with TCP/UDP/IP, Networking Fundamentals, client-server systems, and high performance distributed systems.
- Rich Experience in Micro-services, Cloud Native Architecture, Docker, container-driven systems, and SQL/No-SQL Databases
- 5+ years of information technology team management experience
- Team player who works closely with other engineers to make sure our technology provides reliable and fast iteration for our content creators, and a fluid experience for our customers

Nice to have:
- Experience in developing and optimizing Unreal Engine game servers and proficiency with one or more of the engine systems (Network, Scene/Terrain, Physics)
- Experience in AI or big data engineering
